He has worked as an adjunct professor in the Department of Public Law and Political Science at URJC, combining this role with the management of the company INTUMA SL, where he served as administrator for more than 20 years, working on various civil engineering projects both nationally and internationally. He holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence Analysis from URJC and a Specialist Degree in NGO Management and Promotion from the University Institute for Development and Cooperation at UCM. He has collaborated with the Innovation and Technology for Development Centre (itdUPM) on projects funded by AECID and FAO. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the NGO ONGAWA, where he contributes to several development cooperation projects, and he has previously served on the Governing Board of the Spanish NGO Coordinator and on the Board of Directors of the Third Sector Platform.
