RESONANT FIMI Cluster Event

The Observatory of Good Governance has participated, as RESONANT project partner, in the FIMI cluster meeting organised on the 20th of March 2026 in Brussesls.

The FIMI cluster meeting organised by Horizon Europe projects RESONANT, ATHENA, ADAC.IO, ARM, Saufex and De-Conspirator was a valuable opportunity to share ideas and insights, reflecting on the meaning and importance of combating Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI) and information suppression to protect democracy in Europe and to present and validate the projects' main results so far. 

Hosted in Brussels, at the heart of the European institutions, the event fostered discussion and dialogue among field experts, researchers, organisations engaged in FIMI-related research, and law enforcement authorities (LEAs).

Participants contributed to strengthening the resilience of information processes in Europe, providing valuable insights to cluster projects and keeping up to date with new approaches to FIMI detection, the methodologies developed and the state of the art in the sector.
